Cooking: I have been busy coming up with recipes and cooking for the family in light of the low-sodium study in which I am participating. I have begun a food diary, trying to measure my daily salt intake. I remember now why I always hated weight loss food diaries. It wasn’t that I didn’t want people to know what I had eaten. It was that it was a nuisance.
