St. Joseph Day
Today is St. Joseph Day. Always 2 days after St. Patrick’s Day. Most of America does celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in some way, becoming honorary Irish on that day. I went to a St. Patrick’s Day dinner on Monday evening. I love that meal. We had corned beef and boiled vegetables - carrots, potatoes, cabbages, and rutabagas. She had also baked Irish soda bread with lots of raisins.
