Culinary Diplomacy

I have written about my interest in culinary diplomacy before, but I have been thinking about it recently. This is partly because I am experiencing a travel itch - thank goodness I’ll be on my way to a longish trip to Wisconsin next month - and also because I have been putting away some files that are really about culinary diplomacy.
